Why don't you have smaller pieces of beef?Updated 2 months ago

We now process smaller cuts, but in case we do have bigger sized cuts of beef, here’s why:

 We are constantly innovating with our processor to butcher meat in different sizes and variations to provide the best possible product for the customer. 

 With the approach of Nose to Tail eating, we are respecting the entire part of the animal primal by keeping it in its entirety.
