We now process smaller cuts, but in case we do have bigger sized cuts of beef, here’s why:
● We are constantly innovating with our processor to butcher meat in different sizes and variations to provide the best possible product for the customer.
● With the approach of Nose to Tail eating, we are respecting the entire part of the animal primal by keeping it in its entirety.
