Why do I need to pay for add-ons like fat and bones?Updated 9 months ago
We base the price off of our cow shares on a hanging carcass weight of 500lb (of meat).
○ We wouldn’t be able to maintain our competitive prices of our cow shares if we were to include the bones and fat with each share. Bones and fat both take a lot more processing time, different facilities, and packaging to make available to the consumer.
