All of our beef is processed in a USDA processing facility and vacuum sealed. We process and butcher the beef into smaller cuts, roasts, steaks and ground all individually packaged for you so it’s easy to prepare. All of our meat is either dry or wet aged, and comes frozen in your Free Freezer which ensures maximum freshness once you thaw it out to consume.
Your Free Freezer will arrive two weeks before your we ship out your beef.
Your beef will arrive shipped via Fedex and packed with enough dry ice to last 5 days in transit.
