Do you offer refunds or exchanges?Updated 2 months ago

Due to the nature of our products we are not able to offer exchanges on fulfilled products. In the event that you have changed your mind or no longer wish to receive a product you have purchased (and not yet received) please let us know by contacting us at [email protected] and we will refund you.

If you’ve received a product and it is for any reason damaged, inedible, or was received in a manner that gives you reason to think it is not safe for consumption, please reach out to us at our Customer Service Email and we will be happy to assist you in receiving a replacement of your product free of charge or process a refund.

Our bulk beef deposits (cow shares) are non-refundable as we use these deposits in the planning of scheduled slaughter dates and harvest sizes. We ask that if you’ve placed your deposit and have changed your mind to please find someone to take over your deposit or let us know and we can try to assist you in finding someone to take over your deposit.
