Can I get bones in my cow share?Updated 2 months ago

The majority of our bones on the animal are harvested to use for our bone broth. We have a very limited amount of bulk bones in large cases (~35lbs) available as an add-on at $10/lb. These bulk bones cases include a variety of bones and typically would require a saw to be cut down to fit into most home kitchens. The bones are ideal for restaurant / commercial kitchen use.

Your cow share will still include bone-in cuts like cross-cut shank (osso bucco) which includes marrow, and ribs (these can be boneless or bone-in depending on how we processed them for the harvest).
