Can I get a refund for my ticket?Updated a year ago

Our Ranch tours sell out and once they do, we close the sign-ups. This means we are turning aways others from signing up and holding every attendees place, planning food for them, and saving them space on our trailer, tables and on our event space at the ranch.                    

For customers who let us know 2 weeks prior to the event, we can credit them for a future event and open up their space for another attendee.
